Long-term RV living is all about finding a place that works for your day-to-day life, and Scenic City is set up to do exactly that. Every site includes 30/50 AMP electric, water, sewer, and reliable WiFi — the essentials covered so you can focus on everything else. Electric is metered separately at $0.13 per kilowatt hour with a refundable $150 electric deposit required at move-in. Sites are gravel-surfaced, generously sized, and shaded by mature hardwoods that give the property a quiet, residential feel that long-term guests can settle right into.
Our on-site amenities make daily life comfortable and convenient. Six private bathhouses and a full laundry facility with Speed Queen washers and dryers handle the everyday essentials, while the clubhouse, game room, fishing ponds, and pedal boats give you plenty of ways to unwind after a long day. The campground is professionally managed with clear standards and a respectful community atmosphere. We strive to create the kind of environment where long-term folks feel secure and at home.
Location-wise, Scenic City is hard to beat for anyone working in the region. Sitting just off I-75 at Exit 350, the campground offers straightforward commute access to Dalton to the south — a rapidly growing corridor home to major manufacturing facilities, data centers, and a thriving healthcare sector — and Chattanooga to the north, with its broad range of employment, medical facilities, and city amenities. Ringgold itself offers local dining, shopping, and services just minutes from the campground gates.
